Quay is in early access. The service is evolving rapidly: features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. By using Quay during this period you acknowledge that the product is pre-release and may contain bugs or behave unexpectedly.

Quay is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not offer a service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, or guarantee of data durability during the beta. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any source-of-truth data, and for evaluating whether Quay is appropriate for your use case before relying on it.

Don't misuse the service: don't attempt to access other workspaces' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Questions? Email hello@usequay.com.
